OUR END RESULTS

Although the average cost of most newer sources of renewable energy are only recently starting to drop, the long term trend of this reduction would one day put the global average energy costs to surprisingly low levels, if 100% sustainable energy sources are established.

Apart from the development costs and occasional operation and maintenance costs, power stations running on renewable energy sources do not require any continuous feeding of man-made fuels, and hence have essentially no fuel costs. This eradication of fuel costs, plus the increasing conversion efficiency and decreasing equipment costs, means that more power will be generated per each additional unit of electricity generated at lower and lower costs over the medium to long term.

This reduction could not only drastically reduce energy poverty worldwide, but would also give a big boost in various modern manufacturing or development processes which are currently limited on the cost of electricity.
